Cancellation Policy

 

Effective Date: 01/01/24

Cancellation and Rescheduling Notice: Participants must provide written notice of cancellation or rescheduling at least ten (10) business days before the scheduled workshop date. Notice must be sent via email to engage@gravitylearning.com or another written method agreed upon by a Gravity Learning representative. 

Rescheduling: If timely notice is provided as stated above, a refund will not be provided, but participants may reschedule for a later workshop or different session, within one (1) year, subject to availability, without penalty. Participants may only reschedule once. Any subsequent attempt to reschedule will be treated as a cancellation, subject to the forfeiture terms outlined below. 

Forfeiture of Fees: If notice is given less than ten (10) business days before the scheduled workshop date, the participant’s fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds, credits, or adjustments will be issued, and rescheduling will not be permitted under these circumstances. 

Non-Attendance: Failure to attend the workshop without proper cancellation or rescheduling notice as described herein will result in the forfeiture of the full workshop fee. 

Modification: The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated in writing and will apply to future enrollments. 

Governing Law: This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 

Acceptance of Terms: By enrolling in the workshop, the participant agrees to the terms of this cancellation and refund policy and acknowledges understanding the binding nature of these terms.
