This two-session series is designed specifically for Directors at KPMG. The Anchor Program builds high-impact skills in two areas essential to executive success: navigating ambiguity and leading with presence. Participants will learn science-backed tools to help them lead forward when the path isn’t clear—and show up with credibility and confidence in high-stakes moments.

Session 1: Decision-Making in Ambiguity
Lead when the path forward is unclear.

In today’s dynamic environment, leaders often face external ambiguity that slows progress. This session builds tactical skills to keep initiatives moving and elevate your team’s ability to solve the right problems—not just the obvious ones.

Participants will learn:

  • How to lead when there’s no clear answer, using practical tools for forward momentum
  • A powerful method to uncover root issues beneath surface-level problems
  • How to develop team members as independent thinkers, not passive executors

Session 2: The Science of Leadership Presence
Show up with clarity, credibility, and client focus.

This session focuses on the behaviors that cause people to listen, trust, and follow your lead—especially in client-facing moments. Grounded in strong behavioral science, the skills in this session are practical, coachable, and immediately applicable.

Participants will learn:

  • What science tells us about presence—and how to use it intentionally
  • How to project confidence, even while working through uncertainty
  • Language habits that help you sound like a leader: clear, credible, and compelling
  • How to push back or disagree without losing influence
